Shopping FAQ’s
Which credit cards do you accept?
Visa, MasterCard and Discover Cards accepted, as well as Debit or Check Cards (with PIN) which bear the Visa or MasterCard logo.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can, as long as the item has not been loaded and left our yard. If the order already has been sent to you we will attempt to contact the driver, but cannot guarantee that the cancellation will be possible. If you do receive an order that was canceled, please tell the driver to call the office. We will take the materials back but since the delivery has been made a delivery charge is due.
I canceled my order But I haven’t received a credit yet. How long do credits take?
We submit all requests for credit on receipt, however, it may take 7-10 business days for you to receive your credit. You should see this on your next credit card statement or receive a check in the mail.
Can I bring back an item that is damaged, defective, or one that I just plain don’t want?
If, withing 30 days you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) and we will replace the item(s) or provide credit (less 10% restocking fee) for the merchandise less any delivery charges. You must retain the original purchase receipt for a Return Authorization.
Merchandise returned without Return Authorization may be refused. Any merchandise being returned must be clean and in “resalable” condition. Please call ahead with any questions about Merchandise Returns.
What happens if the item I ordered is not available?
Our vendors ship products before the estimated delivery in the vast majority of cases. On occasion, however, an order may be delayed due to availability or other circumstances. In the unlikely event there is a change or delay in filling your order, we will notify you via phone. We know that this can be inconvenient, and we will try to get your order filled as quickly as possible. We constantly update our computer system with new informations from our vendors. On rare occasions new circumstances come to our attention after the placement of your order. Therefore, we reserve the right to cancel your order for a full refund at any time.

How long will it take to receive my order?
You can place your order as soon as you would like, the earlier the better. Orders are delivered according to the date and time they are placed.
Can I ship my order to a different address?
Yes! When you place your order just be sure to let us know it is not your current address.
How are shipping charges calculated?
Shipping charges vary according to destination. Your order is shipped directly from our yard. We have tried to set delivery cost according to how far out an address is. Please See Our Delivery Policy for more information.
